Opening of SQUAREBB family restaurant
At the beginning of December 2017, the SQUAREBB family restaurant opens in the VEGAS shopping and entertainment complex on Kashirskoye Shosse. The concept of the new restaurant, and most likely even the whole family-entertainment project, is focused primarily on the joint leisure of children and their parents.
The founders of the project are a married couple Elmira and Valery Udartsev, who, like any parents, know how important it is to spend time with a child. Especially in today’s world of computer technology and gadgets. But literally everything is created so that the child receives maximum attention from adults. For example, after choosing dishes, designers are planning to give guests so that parents and their children can collect some interesting figure. Thus, boring waiting for an order will turn into an exciting family game.
The project designer, architect Artyom Boldyrev, behind whose work in projects of companies such as Unilever, Danone, Yandex and Mars, brought together several styles, focusing on vivid visual images. The restaurant has high ceilings, light walls, wood and brick inserts, metal lamps, drawings and greetings in all languages of the world. A kind of “children’s” loft, where there are many color accents on all kinds of interior items.
In addition, the so-called “phyto-wall” made of real moss, tables with 3D visualization of the world from the designer and the “photo-wall” with the logo and the official hashtag of the restaurant deserve special attention. SQUAREBB resembles a children’s interactive platform where you can play with friends and parents, assemble a constructor, jump, run and climb. There are two floors, the space of which is divided into zones.
On the ground floor there is a special area for cooking classes, an open kitchen and a seating area where you can comfortably sit at one of the tables and have a good time with your family during lunch or dinner. On the second floor, in addition to the landing zone, there is a bibliozone – a game “web”, which is designed for children from 3 years old. Parents will be able to safely leave their child, because a variety of toys, all in the same style of the designer, will carry the children into the world of a fairy tale.
In this regard, SQUAREBB is perfect for holding children’s birthdays, graduations and other special occasions.
The brand chef of the institution and the creator of a special Italian-author style, the famous chef Roberto Bruno, who has been working in the HoReCa sphere for more than 35 years. The menu includes those dishes that are famous for sunny Italy.
For example, crispy bruschettas with salmon (350 rubles), with prosciutto (350 rubles) and with tomatoes, mozzarella and basil (250 rubles). Light salads and snacks – Caprese (450 rubles), Arugula with shrimps (530 rubles), eggplant Parmidazhno (400 rubles) and Kokot with salmon (450 rubles). Fragrant pizza on thin crust: there are both classic options (Margarita – 350 rubles and 4×4 cheese – 490 rubles), and unusual combinations (with mushrooms and truffle oil – 550 rubles and with arugula and Parma ham – 550 rub.). Ravioli with mozzarella, tomatoes and basil (550 rubles) and fresh homemade pasta: black tagliolino with shrimp (600 rubles), tagliatelle de Bolognese (380 rubles) and penne with chicken and mushrooms (410 rubles). And the main dishes cooked on the grill – beef tenderloin with gorgonzola sauce (600 rubles) and salmon fillet on a green carpet (580 rubles).
It is worth noting that all pasta and pizza dough is prepared manually in the open kitchen, and each guest will be able to observe the cooking process from beginning to end. But, as practice shows, for many young visitors there is nothing more delicious than a juicy burger. The project founders and the brand chef decided to approach this issue not only with creativity, but also with great responsibility.
Indeed, the main culinary philosophy of SQUAREBB is a philosophy of proper nutrition and a desire to instill in children proper nutritional education. It is on this principle that the main concept of the restaurant menu is built. Therefore, here they came up with burgers that are useful in content and unusual in shape, which in appearance and color solutions will be similar to designers. All ingredients for burgers will also be cooked in the restaurant’s kitchen: tender cutlets of fresh meat (chicken / turkey / beef and pork), soft buns and natural sauces. Design burgers are presented in three sizes: dad, mom and baby, which, respectively, differ in cost.
For example, a burger with beef and Cheddar cheese (500 rubles / 400 rubles / 300 rubles), a burger with chicken and parmesan cheese mousse (380 rubles / 320 rubles / 270 rubles) and a fitness burger with turkey and yogurt salso ( 380 rubles / 320 rubles / 270 rubles).
For those who carefully monitor their daily diet, the brand chef has developed a special “PP menu” with light and low-calorie dishes. The bar menu includes non-alcoholic drinks: warming teas, soft drinks, juices (250 rubles), smoothies (220 rubles), milkshakes (320 rubles) and real Italian coffee.
