Today, the holding represents such institutions as the Poseidon Restaurant, Sushibary YAZaSushi, French café, as well as the Senior tomato delivery service. All of them are located in Khanty-Maksiysk. We asked the representative of S-POM Group of Companies Ivan Ushakov to tell us about how the automation system chosen by the company solves the issue of managing the restaurant chain of the holding.
Ivan, now your company is fully working on the iiko automation system. What problems did you solve with the transition to a new automation system?
– Yes, that’s right, we used a different system earlier. When switching to the iiko system, the main goal was to obtain relevant information during audits, inventories, and this goal was achieved. Also, one of the main advantages of the program I want to note the ability to record staff time.
In work we use iikoChain. Today we have more than five divisions and a solution like iikoChain helps us keep a warehouse record of all inventory items, and also makes it possible to manage the menu of all establishments, let’s say sitting at one workplace. After the introduction of iikoChain, it became much easier to control and analyze the activities of each of our restaurants. Now, to get the information you need in real time, you just need to build the report you need without having to contact someone at the restaurant.
As for any emerging issues regarding our system and products, we can always turn to our integrator, ARBUS, which resolves them very quickly and at a high level.
Can you point out some other solutions that help make your enterprise work more efficiently?
Recently, our waiters have been working on iPods with iikoMobileFront installed, which have been replaced by notebooks. In my opinion, iikoMobileFront is generally the most successful development to speed up guest service. Now our waiters do not need to go to the station to score an order, everything happens immediately at the guest table. This decision definitely made the work of our waiters more efficient, because by reducing the time for serving one table, the time for serving other guests by the same waiter increases. In addition, it should be noted that the use of such gadgets is not only the convenience in the work of our staff, but also a certain indicator of the level of our restaurants. This is at least fashionable.
Now your company has more than five establishments in Khanty-Mansiysk. What’s new in the plans?
Yes, there is news. In December of this year, we plan to open another restaurant, where there will be two main halls: the first is the Yazasushi sushibar, the second is the Senior tomato hall. Accordingly, in the restaurant, the guest can choose a room based on their preferred cuisine.
We are definitely not going to stop there!
